Unhappy Help Really Needed

I have a 94 S-10, Tahoe Blazer, 4.3 Vortex which has problems with the the dome lights. The dome lights stay on unless you pull the fuse. And when you pull the fuse you no don't have the cigarette lighter or the back gate. Any suggestions on what could be wrong with this.
I also have problems with the 4 wheel drive. 4-high works sometimes and then it doesn't, but you get 4-low. Sometimes it works when you disconnect the battery and connect it again. Like the other day I was driving it in 4-high and it was working and then it stopped working without pushing the button. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Help Really Needed

Try checking the door jamb pins. If the are stuck in, or busted up and grounded out to the body, could be the concern. Not enough info for me on the 4wd issue to swing at it.
