|
overheating,no powersteering and no heat
while i was doing 70mph on I94 i heard what sounded like a belt come off,after i noticed it was overheating and i had no power steering,and lost all heat inside of cab,can anyone please help,i just put a new water pump and thermostat on,as well as a new serpentine belt the freeze plug is intact and it has new plugs and wires...i really have no idea whats wrong with it...someone please help.

Have you checked the belt? It maybe missing or severely slipping.

found the prob. i lost the idler pulley.now i have the new part but can't seem to find out what the nut and the backing shield is called
