front end noise

I have a 95 LHS which makes a noise that sounds like rubber or plastic rubbing against a tire. I've pulled both tires and found nothing. I can feel a slight vibration also. The noise happens at all speeds, and continues if I place the transmission in neutral and coast. It seems to be coming from the front passenger side. Could this be a bad CV joint?

Sounds like more than likely a bad hub&bearing assembly. Can't say for certain without driving,but your description leads me to point there.
