help on 98 civic window seal

Hi,
Soon I am hoping to change the upper rubber seal on my wifes '98 civic dx 3 door where the window slides up the track. Is this going to be a major pain (I do have a tendancy of biting off more than I can chew). Has anyone done this already and can offer some advice.
