Rear Air Shock Hissing

The driver's side rear air shock is leaking (I think).
It sounds like a puncture in the tire - hissing...
Are these easy to change? Never changed a shock before.
Any suggestion on brand?

99 Aurora.

thx.

Pretty standard on/off here, take a look at it first may be a broken line, to replace one shock go with oe.
