In the most recent Import Tuner mag (i believe it had a blue nissan on the cover) they had an article about a 'wonderbra' that was basically invisible once you got it on the car...i left my magazine out of state last week and i really wanted to find the companys website that makes them, but i dont remember the company..if anyone has any info let me know

My mom recently bought a new Jetta and it came stock with the 3M protective "wonder bra" on the hood, fenders, lights, and bumper. It seems to be working great. I went to my local tint shop and asked them how much it would be for them to cover my headlights. They said about $60 (CAN) - just for the headlights!

A guy I know got Rhino stuff sprayed on his Jetta. It's like bedliner material but it's sprayed right on the front end of his car in the shape of where the bra would be. Looks pretty nice since his car is black and it doesn't chip/fade/trap water underneath since it's sprayed on. Might wanna look into that.

Is that like the squishy stuff that's sprayed all over the bottom of my civic?

Try these guys:
http://www.stongard.com/ I have it installed on my 2001 Acura CL and love it. It's expensive but won't scratch the patch when it gets dirty like a regular bra. Plus you can always peel it off and start again if it gets too worn. |
