Kumho Touring A/S 795 tire
i need some new tire, is Kumho any good?
they are only selling for $38 per tire and $8 for shipping if get those, how much would it cost to have someone to put on? do i need to balance it too??

Tirerack.com has customer reviews for all sorts of tires, so check there to see if they're any good. Personally, a $38 tire can't be too good quality, so don't expect much from them. Most shops will charge anywhere from $10 to $20 per tire for installation (which includes balancing & old tire disposal).
