Question 94 cavalier tire size change

I went from a 185/75/14 to a 185/65/14. I have a better ride and handling but I think my Speedo is off about 5 miles an hour or so. Has anyone else had this same situation

Stock 14" rims. It's just my beater that I comute back and forth to work so I am not to worried about getting it fixed. I just want a benchmark from someone else with a similar problem
