Question Need Help/2000 Isuzu Rodeo

Does anyone know what Reduced Power light means? My rodeo did not want to start and was turning off on the road. I took off the battery to get it checked and the battery is fine. When I put the battery back on it started without any problems, then the Check Engine Light came on along with the Reduced Power Light. I was wondering if anyone would know what the problem would be.
