I'd pay good money to see what would happen if they hit one of those road markers going that fast... they were sliding on the smooth surface, what happens if they hit one of those reflective markers? whapbamboom.

Only reason they can do that, is look at the freeway, it's perfect. They have the money to keep their roads perfect.

Try that here on our asphault and concrete freeways, you'll just get ground up in a hurry. Hamburger helper.

in ohio, all of our freeways are perfect. people here are always mad cause of so much construction all the time but the highways here are nice.

well, its kinda sorta like that here too. the freeways/ high ways are pretty smooth going towards chicago, but the rest aren't too bad. the city roads on the other hand are horrible.

Well, they still couldn't do it here.

Our freeways aren't smooth even when new... we have rain grooves cut into the pavement to channel water. Plus it's concrete most of the time, and not asphalt... very rough.

city roads are horrible because the city pays for them, the state pays for highways.
