VW rabbit drawing- comments?

I cant find my original pic, it was in a magazine ad. But i never really like to draw cars how i see them on the page, gotta change some stuff. especially wheels. Anyways, id like some comments to improve my next ink drawings. This is my second one with pen/ink, my first one was in my drawing class about a month ago (high school).
This one, i drew in pencil and then went over the lines with pen, made shadows and stuff too.
Heres some issues i have seen in it-
The hood is too sloped down i noticed, the hood scoops arent perfect cuz i thought the hood needed something, the wheels i left in pencil cuz i didnt know how to shade them without making them part of of the inner wheel.
I want to know how to improve the shadow under the car, since I dont know if how i did it was good or not.
I guess thats basically it.
thanks!

Re: VW rabbit drawing- comments?

dont look too bad

as far as the rims go i would draw the brake rotor and caliper more to the left to make it apear set into the wheels more, and withe the rear tire, because of the angle the tire should be alittle skinnier on the right side then on the left, seems like to me at least

keep up the good work

check out my tutorial on rims if you want on my website
