95 Volvo 850. Just Bought. Will Not Crank.
I bought a nice 850 Turbo Wagon with 130k miles for $1500.00 because it doesn't run. The owner thought it was the timing belt. There is a placard under the hood that states the timing belt was last done 4/15/05. The battery is dead so I'm using a jump box to get it to turn over. The motor spins quickly, but does not fire. The motor sounds normal. No loud metal on metal sounds. I pulled the oil cap and the internals are moving. Turn the key, can hear the fuel pump kick in. Is this the infamous cam sensor? Or what do you think. Thanks in advance.
