my 95 talon won't turn over and start

someone plz help. i have this 95 eagle talon my uncle gave me as a gift, but there's a catch. it won't start, or shud i say turn over. it has the 3 elements the car needs to start. but now i'm just stuck...

What 3 elements are you talking about? Turbo or non turbo?

It has fuel air and ignition. it's a non-turbo. iv change the spark plugs, also the starter. i also checked to see if i even had sparks kuming from the plugs. but it still won't start. what else do you suggest i do?

So its getting correct fuel pressure at the rail and air is pretty much a given. Its not even turning over? Did you check the battery? Check fuses? So is it making spark or not? Can you smell gas out of the exhaust pipe after cranking it a little?

There are a couple other things essential to engine operation that you should check and thats mechanical timing (check the timing marks on the timing belt) and cylinder compression.

From what you gave me to go on, I am putting my money one either A) you have dead battery, B) the timing belt skipped a bit, C) you have a blown ECU, or D) the fuel pump shit they bed.
