i've played all of them including the jap ones...
i like most of them but i think my fav is tactics.. i love the idea and i wish they would make a tactics 2..
i also love the original.. and i like ff: mystic quest ..
anyone else care to chime in ..

7, tactics, 10,9,8 are my top five

3 for the SNES and 7 for the PSX are my two favorite. Followed by 8, 2 (SNES), 9, 1 (NES), and then 10. I didn't really care for ten and I hope the ones that aren't out yet get better.

yeah i liked the idea of 7.. it was great.. i hated it in 8 when they limited stuff..
at least in 7 i could summon all i want as long as i had the magic to do so...

II was the best(even though its oldschool). 7 was tight 10 is the shit and im in the middle of 9.

me too! espically in the summer.. acutally i saved right before bizzaro sephiroth 2 times and died at safer both times, then after i was pissed turned the game off. when i came back (it happened the same way both times) the memory card was completly formatted? and i couldnt ever save on it again. lately i finally got to the end after all that trouble and beat that whore..lol.. i was freaking screaming after that last encounter, some of you know what im talking about... :ylsuper :hehe:
