Cool need some help..

i have a 03' sxt neon with a srt- front bumper , srt- exhaust, hood, and spoiler. i also have a cold air intake, new intercooler , and new headers. my question is , why does my car shut off at 118 mph ?
can i fix that so i could go 120 mph ?

Dodge built it that way so people wouldn't try to go over 120mph in their Neon SXT.

We are blessed with something known as the Next Generation Controller. Short version: no matter the mods; it'll ride like a stock SXT. BTW, do you have the SRT motor to go with the exhaust(because the look won't cut it )?
