Exclamation 1994 Gmc Sierra Heat Problem

Every time i use the heat in my truck it makes a weird noise and its comming from this fan thing that is located under the passanger side dash. And you can clearly hear it outside of the truck and to be honest it is getting on my nerves i have asked many mechanics and none of which know what the problem could be and i honestly think that it could be sumthing easily fixable if i knew what was wrong. So if someone has an idea to what could be wrong and hopfully a fix for the problem it would be a great help to me.

Got a bad or noisy blower motor, no big deal pull it out and see what's what.
