well, using logic, the only thing I can think of is the fuel pump pickup isn't right. I would definitely suspect something in the fuel system. Unless, there is a loose connections somewhere that grounds out when he turns right because of the inertia. I dunno man...wierd shit. No check engine light?

Re: bogging civic

yeah i figured it out..the car wasnt quite put together and this 18 yrold was buying it..so he rushed me and i just threw everything together including the external ignition system and it was all cluttered next to the battery..so im guessing there was a loose connection and on a right turn the battery would actually shift everything..i just gotta mount everything..it loses spark

Hey, I like your sig....I just sold my LSVTEC motor for 2500, and getting rid of the Rex for another 1500 here soon. I also just picked up a 98 BMW 328 IS recently and immediately added some M3, AC Schnitzer, Rieger, and Umnitza parts, as well as some Prolumen HID's. It's looking reallll sexy. I wanted something a little newer, but I got this in MINT condition with low miles for a really good price. I'll hold onto it for a couple years and then i'm thinking either a G35, used NSX, or newer M5....not sure yet.

I'm going to build another CRX as well, but not for a few years. Damn, I had too many cars; del sol si, lsvtec crx, and 98 honda cbr 600, as well as the new BMW. I've gotten rid of the 'sol and bike as well.
I'm just going to take it easy in the beamer for a bit. Girls don't like to ride in ratty old crx's....and needless to say, 9k RPM trips don't really impress them that much

Don't worry though guys, i'll be spending just as much time on here. It still doesn't mean i'll be working on honda's/acura's any less now either.

Re: bogging civic

yeah its one hell of a step up in the world..400hp isnt bad either. i dont think i will be dumping too much cash into her..it already has dinan stage 2 software upgrade..dinan air intake and exhuast. most basic mods are $500 or more. im trying to get myself on some ghetto A list lol j/k dinan s/c in the far future. ill be happy with low to mid 12's..oh yeah forgot to mention..yes girls didnt like the civic too much..tucked n low..rubber bushing in the front cambers make it squeeky..gutted interior..sure didnt give u the feeling of creature comforts and a n all around safe feeling..rain dripping through the door and gasket round the tail lamps lead to puddles in the rear..but i do miss n love the car tho..

Re: bogging civic

My CRX used to this too... only on right turns. I think after rewiring some stuff I fixed it because it doesn't happen anymore...

Wow. I've been contemplating getting a BMW M3 or 328. I just bought a Jeep though and I have to sell the CRX first...
