Peugeot 205 Cd Player
I have just bought a peugeot 205 junior and then a relative bought me a cd player for my birthday. I took out the old radio, cassette player, which wasnt connected at all, and I found these wires...
 I know the 2 yellow and the 2 beige wires are for the speakers, and the large blue wire is the arial. But the rest are a mystery to me. Any help that anyone can give me about which wires are what will be a great help. As I am hoping to wire it all to an ISO adapter. Thanks.

maybe it was pre wired for a premiun (sp) sound system.

yer it was all plugged into the old original radio cassette player. I think i might have to pay out the 30-40 pound or so to get it fitted at a proper electicians. Thanks though

French cars are not really popular in the US, so it may be hard to find wiring diagrams for them. There is a section in the newbie thread about wiring up a CD player.

just a guess, but white is very common for ground. then blue and green/yellow would be constant and switched. hook up the cd player with one of those and if it comes on with the car off you have identified constant.
btw, what is arial? the antenna?
