Under Car lights
Just wondering what people thought of those lights. Are they annoying or are they kinda cool? I think they are kinda cool but some days seems like everyone has em.

exterior lights except for the headlights and tail lights are illegal.
it has to do with being a drivin gdistraction.

there strictly a show item only. You can have them, just not on while driving. AKA a waste of time.
