Grinding Noise

I've been hearing some grinding noise at low speeds 10-30 miles. It doesn't happen all the time and when I apply the brakes the noise disappears. I noticed it yesterday while I was turning left. At first I thought it was a fluke or sounds coming from another vehicle, but the sound still persists.

Is it bad barrings? Any help would be much appreciated.

I agree the wear indicators normally will quiet when the brakes are applied.
