Nintendo Wii

Anyone own a Wii or played it? Im thinking about getting one but I want to know how your experience was. Like how the controls were, was it easy to pick up and play, and pretty much and problems that you noticed.

Thanks for the help

Re: Nintendo Wii

I heard the graphics are the same as the Game Cube. I wouldn't pick one up but that is just me.

Re: Nintendo Wii

I've heard read and seen with my own eyes that they are a steal for the price. and you the gamecube did have better graphics than a ps2. you may be able to pick one up now. They're nowhere near a scarce as a ps3. also you don't have to worry about a jacked-up price tag.

Re: Nintendo Wii

I know that the Wii's graphics are no way comparable to the PS3 or the 360. Im just wondering how the controls were and was it easy to pick up and play

Re: Nintendo Wii

It means exactly what I said. The graphics really haven't improved so I would not buy it when I could get a game cube with similar graphics (very similar). Hope that clears it up for you.

Compare Resident evil for the ps2 with the gamecube, only 2 games that might be better are MGS2,3 or Killzone.

hehe. I realllllly want one of these systems. I'll probably wait until the first price drop though (when more games/accessories are available and hopefully any major bugs are ironed out of the system and controllers.)

Re: Nintendo Wii

I haven't had any gaming systems in a few years now, but the Wii does look baddass.

I gotta say; PS3(too big a fan of MGS) >Wii>360

Everyone I have asked (who have actually played it) stated it was very entertaining. I myself might pick one up after they come out with some better games.

Ha ha, I hope they reintroduce this thing;

Super Nintendo Bazooka

I heard they are creating, or have already created a new light gun for the Wii also.
