Hi
Just a brief observation: rockauto.com has new for $200-$250. Not sure if it is considered serviceable or not. I'll get back to you on removal.

Re: 99 3.5 radiator removal

Ok
radiator removal

-Drain coolant. Radiator drain valve lower left side. Block drain plug is accessible by taking off right wheel. It is at the 2 o'clock position of the flywheel.
-Remove engine mount strut - on top left between engine and front frame above radiator
-Remove engine mount strut bracket from upper radiator support-4 vertical bolts
-disconnect cooling fan wiring harness from engine harness
-disconnect outlet hose from radiator
-disconnect inlet hose from radiator
-remove cooling fan shroud, motors and fans from radiator - looks like 1 bolt ea. left and right upper, 1 at top center, and 2 at bottom center and the whole shebang should lift out
-disconnect transmission oil cooler lines from radiator
-remove the radiator mounting bracket
-remove radiator mounting brackets - seems redundant but that is what it says. Looks like two bolts, one ea. side at upper corner.
-remove radiator
-remove radiator mounts - on bottom at each end

Put it all back

Good luck
