Smile rear license plate lights

i was awarded a warning for having my license plate lights broken. and i was wondering how to change the bulbs on them... coz i cant seem to figure out how to pull the bulb out of its housing. to anybody who could help me... thanks a lot in advance.

most plate bulbs are 194s they pull out

they are in a rubber type plug,turn them counter clockwise to remove them the socket first
