New cam Video
Here is a video of the cam on my car thru the cut-out. its kinda sorry quality cause it is on my roomates digital camera, but u get the idea.

A stall.
Or a tune. Otherwise...hard to increase idle without drilling a SMALL hole on the throttle body blade.
