same question

Im not sure wether or not this should have started a new thread or gone in that last one. I did post a thread before this with the same question about what I should do about new parts to seperate it from the other MCs. But that last post got a little hot and I do understand about the holiday weekend.
On to the more important stuff, I would like to know some of you experts opinions on what I can do to get a bit more power. Ive read that my monte is at 210 hp right now, as its old and has nearly 180 thousand on it im sure its well under that. Is there anything reasonably cheap I could add myself to bring it back up to that or hopefully far beyond it by another 40 hp.
Youre help would be much apreciated.

Re: same question

See the problem with that is that there isnt much aftermarket for v6s, err.. american v6s up until the 3.8 engine came along. so if you do find anything, go with that, but you can always do the basic and cheap things which is CAI, exhaust, upgrading the suspension, although not increasing HP, will help put any power you have coming out of the engine to the ground and in my opinion would be the best mod you can do especially if you havent replaced any suspension parts throughout the 180K miles.
