Dpfi To Mpfi
How much more HP will i get by going from DPFI to MPFI ?

5-10 MAYBE. But then, you'll be able to swap in a larger motor.

what head is good
what head should i put on my soch zc block for the most Hp...im going to turbo it......

A vtec one, either the Z6 or Y8. The Y8 head is a better design than the Z6 though, because of it's chamber design.
