Re: hey i need some help in electrical systems

Is there anything in particular you want to know?

For older British cars-
Below are links for MGBs. They are relatively simple.
http://www.advanceautowire.com click on stock schematics, choose MGB
Look at the installation instructions for some of products to get an idea for connector installation. http://www.mgexperience.net/phorum/list.php?1 is a forum you can go through to see how people troubleshoot and repair.

Although some of the principles are the same for most vehicles, there are things that are vehicle make specific. I only pointed you here for the general simplicity of automotive wiring.

Other sources for general education in wiring might be your local night school, junior college, and library.

Autozone.com has many wiring diagrams available in their free repair guide section.

Do you have a Haynes manual for your car? If yes, make a couple of enlarged copies of the wiring diagram for your car and try tracing the circuits, becoming familiar with components. Tools needed are a test light and a meter.
