Blow out
I have a freind that hade a blow out on the front left. When this happened it took the fender out riped the hood cable out and the wiring for the parking lights. Both headlights also went out ( low beam). I have done all the repaires but i can not figure out what is going on with the headlights. There is power to the headlight fuses and relays just no power to either right or left bulbs. this is on a 2001 honda civic lx

The headlights are provided power at the common terminal and ground to illuminate.
