True Friends...
Even though part of this is late; it still lingers in my mind.
My 21st birthday passed months ago(8/18/06), but I cancelled the party for 1)lack of enough designated drivers & 2)underage (16-19) would be present. So my best friend who looks up to me as her big brother(and I treat her like my little sister) plus my ex-girlfriend go to the mall to hang out. My ex gets me a 1:24 scale Chrysler 300C to start my collection, and my little sister gets me $12 worth of Chinese resturaunt chicken(which I love to death). Later that evening we parted ways from my ex & we ventured to the local hangout spot(downtown) for anyone from 15-21(maybe 23?). Lots of different cars ride through from nicely done Civics to Bentlys & even the SLR McLaren(an R33 made a 2-week appearance & I haven't seen it since). Anyway; the entire night almost every time I turned around some kid wanted me to buy them a drink. My sister(15 right now) was more pissed off than I was & even threatened to kick some ass. Quick off-topic note: I'm black & she's white, but that doesn't stop us from calling each other brother and sister(that's just how strong our friendship is). Anyway; she & I plan on starting a car club after I get done teaching her how to drive & after she gets her license. She wants a Celica  and if her money allows it: A Scoobie !Out of all my friends that are chicks, I care for her more than some who came before her.

I had a friend like that.
Then we started dating. We broke up, now we never speak and her mere presence makes my blood boil. I now have several more friends like that, and I won't date them for fear of things falling apart again. heh.
