Getting back with Ex?

So..I wake up this morning thinking about my Ex. This was after I had a dream about her. It was kinda painful. You see, we have strated talking again. She told me she is glad we are talking again. She continues to flirt with me, making obvious "i wanna get back in bed with you" comments and telling me how she misses me and how I rocked her world. She told me and I quote, "bring it on!!!!!!"....meaning she wants this..lol. Now, our relationship wasn't purely sex, but it was a greater part of it. I feel like we never even tried to work out the kinks in the relationship. I think we are both willing to give it a shot 1 more time. We are suppost to go out sometime soon to dinner. I am a little nervous, but I am comfortable talking to her about anything...but it could be a little nerve racking in the beginning. Any thoughts?

rock her world first, discuss changes in the relationship later(just in case it doesnt work)lol, j/k, u probably want to talk about changes u want before hoping in the sack.... i guess that'd be the responsible thing to do...

Of course not. I will definently talk to her first, hence going to dinner. Then we will both decide if we wanna go through with it, work it out etc....then to the sack! haha!

Wow, the first relationship intelligent and responsible thing you've said to date. Now just practice what you preach.

Talk about the relationship first. It sounds like you might be beginning to develop feelings for her. However, these feelings are often intensified after dreams and other things of the nature. So right off the bat, tell her you want to try and work things out if a problem arises. Lack of communication is the number one cause of seperation in relationships. If theres something wrong, you two need to talk about it to fix it. The sooner the better too. Plus this way you wont retrace your mistakes you made in the past.

hey, i said its probably the most responsible thing to do, not that its what id do!lol, just kidding, if i was in a broken/relationship, tryin to fix it, id have to talk it over, cause i wouldnt be able to continue a relationship i had problems with. they just get worse if not addressed..

She messaged me via email. Told me she left her phone at home. Anyways, this is really hard for me. One second she is like, lets go at each other, no strings attached..then shes like, i dunno if I can date you right now. I dunno, shes fucking with me, but I think we are still going out tonight for dinner. Ill let u guys know what happens.

Ok guys/gals. I went to school last night to meet up with my ex. So, I go to school, it was around 6:30 I left my apartment. I get to school, walk to her dorm and sit for lets say 20 minutes. She walks out and I suggested that we go for a walk. So we do, all is great. We discussed our t-giving break, family and whatever else has happened since we split up. You know just catching up. Then the real fun began. I started to tell her that I missed her. At this point we were sitting in a cafe/caffeteria area at our school. I then proceed to ask her if we could go to an area where we could have more of a private conversation. So we move from there to an area outside, I don't even really know what to think at this point.

So, we make it outside, no problems...kinda shook up by the whole thing. At this point I look at her and say, "Look, I missed you so much, I just wish there is something we could do to fix what has happened." She proceeds to tell me she doesn't know. But, she has only heard the sides of the stories from other sources, not from me. I tell her everything...(I wont bore the AF with that.) So, I am telling her, I was about to break down...then she says to me, "Lets see what happens after break." Then I say, "would it make a difference if we started now opposed to after break?" She says, "no, I guess not." We both made a compromise to where we would be together, but takeit slow and on the DL until after break. We talked for a good 3 1/2 hours. After she told me that, I looked her square in the eye and said , "you just made me so happy right now." She then got up, as did I and gave each other a huge hug. Then after that she walked with me to my car, I drove her to her dorm, got out, gave each other another hug. I told her I was so glad everything worked out, she agreed....Then we parted ways. I am so releived now!

Well, we hugged....a long hug, lots of squeezing! lol...Now, we wanted to take it slow. That didn't really happen..haha. We were watching "Twin Peaks, Fire Walk with Me" 2 nights ago. Fantastic movie. Well, we started making out on the couch for about 25-30 minutes. She then told me she was "tired" and wanted to go to "bed". When we got into my room (we were at my apt), we stripped down, just like old times..lol..then it seemed as if we were just going to go to sleep. I started (i'll take all the blame ) feeling around, blah blah blah.....continued to "please" her..then I got my turn....and thats when the taking it slow stopped...lol...and yeah, we have done it again since then..everything is amazing...everything! I am able to talk to her, even more comfortably than I have been able to in the past, we have learned from our mistakes, and I have a good feeling we are in it for the long haul now

Update!!!! Well, its been a wild rollercoaster ride for the past few weeks! We have talked about everything. Everything that has been bothering us. She came to my apartment the other night and she proceeded to tell me that she is under alot of pressure. I told her I am there for her through whatever. That night I gave her a promise ring I had bought her a few days earlier. Like 2 days ago she told me she thought I was just in it for the sex. I told her from the get-go that wasn't the case. Everything is going smoothly. We have gone out a lot...I can tell we both enjoy each others company. Now that everything is going so much better, she had to go away for Winter Break for a month. We talk every day, and everything is great. So thats whats been going on if anyone here cares.
