Pennzoil Experience: Need Window Motor, Heater fan replacement, brake rotar+pad?

The driver window would go down but not come up. sometimes it would come up. Auto shop says need to replace driver window motor ($238).

The heater fan sometimes makes a clucking noise. The repair shop said replace Heater fan ($325). The heating is fine.

The tracktion light & brake lights come on while accelerating. Said replace shoe pad & rotor ($265). Even though the rotor is not damaged said replace it.

Not sure if I am being told the truth or just being cheated.
