Re: finished sparco evo

This is kinda sad.

Si-Vtec,

You have great potential but it appears you may not be seeing the big picture here. The actual "drawing" part is a very small part in creating art as a whole. It really is a mental exercise one that grows in complexity with each piece you do. Finding your growth path through the work you create is where the true talent is. You seem to be lacking something on the mental side. Art is not a competition, well not in any real sense. I am not better than you, nobody is better than anybody...art is bigger than that. If you can't see the support being given to you here maybe you should leave for a while. I can only speak for myself but I am a little dissappointed. It sucks to see a good guy start down a bad path. I hope you find what you're looking for.

bye

Re: finished sparco evo

That's a solid piece Accord.

I'll sometimes start a new thread for a long WIP too. If it goes long and you show a lot of steps it can turn into a "catch 22". If it's a long thread people lose intrest so you end up not getting feedback or critiques by the time you get to critical araeas. On the other hand if you just post a sketch and then the final you end up missing the feedback you need to grow on during other critical stages.

Overall like I said it's a solid piece. The back tire could use a little work and maybe some more dimension in areas like the hood scoop would help set it off.

Keep up the good work.

Listen, Lemmoris has given you the nice, polite way of warning you to shut your mouth if you have nothing constructive to say. If it were up to me, you'd be enjoying a vacation from AF until you figure out to shape up. Trust me, it's not alot of fun.

And besides, who are you to tell other people how many threads they can or can't make? You've been here a grand total of 9 months. I'm sorry, great Relatively-New-To-The-Forums-But-Thinks-He's-God, for we have angered you. Seriously, after reading your other thread, you really should just leave if you're sick of AF.

Plus, if you don't like his drawing, why the fuck would you come here to make a post? That's called being a troll and an asshole. You hate the forums so much that you continue posting here and expecting people to be nice? Hah, that'll be the first time that works.

Go take a timeout and think about what you've done.

I'm going to now apologize on my behalf to Accordguy97, because this is your thread. I'll remove this if you do not want it on your thread, just send me a PM. Anyway,

The drawing looks really good. However, I agree with Lemmons that the rear tire needs some work, it needs to be sharpened up a little bit. It seems kind of dull in relation to the rest of the car. Also, you might want to add some more highlights for reflection to the side panels of the car.

Re: finished sparco evo

The graphic/decals look good and nice work on the headlights.
Those are always tough areas for me to get right.

Agree with the other comments on the wheels/tires.

Re: finished sparco evo

Looks good, perspectives pretty good, back wheel looks a lil out of perspective and lacks detail other than that good job
