Oil filter relocation

Picked up a oil filter relocation kit. Is it ok to mount the oil filter upside down? Would it create any problems? Thanks.

Re: Oil filter relocation

Works great!! Got it through JC Whitney. $45 bucks. Put it on my Pontiac 6000. Takes some fiddle'n around but it's worth it!

Re: Oil filter relocation

The filter that the relocation kit uses will be different that the one you use now. The kit does list a few different sizes and brands you can use. How much oil can the filter hold? Depends on the size of the filter you get I suppose. Click on the link below......... http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...002024/c-10101
