Fog Lights

Hi I am hoping to add some foglights to my S60.

I have the switch for them. When I push the button I see the respective symbol light up on the dash, but when I put my multimeter on the plug where a fog light would plug into I get absolutely no voltage.

I have seen on an ebay auction for fog lights, it mentions that a dealer needs to download some software to make them work. Could this really be true or is there maybe a combination of switches and button pushes?

wow this board is dead...

Correction on my previous post - the only button for fog lights that I have is for the rear fog lights.
