vacuum to electric wiper conversion. caravan 2 speed wiper motor questions

I'm converting the wiper motor from my 65 rambler cross country wagon from the old vacuum style wiper to electrical. i chose the 2 speed motor from a 92 caravan as well as it's wiper fluid pump & reservoir. the 2 speed wiper motor has a 4 wire harness on top of it. one wire is brown with a white tracer, labeled 3 on the harness. the next is solid blue, labeled 2. the next is green with a white tracer, labeled 1, and the final one is red with yellow tracer, labeled 4 on the harness. any idea what these wires are exactly? i know that the brown one labeled 3 is the low speed, and the red and yellow labeled 4 is high speed. do the blue & green wire should go to the park switch and the accessory? is one of them a ground wire? in the caravan this harness would connect to the ECU before reaching the switch on the steering column, but i'm just going directly to switch with power and ground from the fuse panel in the rambler. i'd appreciate any input, or links to diagrams or whatever. thanks for your help!
