Unhappy O2 Sensor Problem with 01 sentra 2.0?

My car stalls when I slow down or stop after driving highway speed. Also it "hiccups" while I'm driving as though its running out of gas, (it's not ) I am told it's my oxygen sensor, and my brother and I are hoping to fix it soon, however I want to make sure, so soomeone whi knows thier shit, give me some feedback. I did a scan and the code for abs press sensor popped up as well as the o2 sensor.

Could your hiccups be caused by a clogged fuel filter or perhapse a cylinder that isn't firing? My camery would hiccup when one of it's cylinders would not fire occasionally.

Well, I am using alot more gas right now (my exit on my exhaust pipe is really black) I would say that my fuel filter isn't the prob.
