Need HELP Please!!!!!!

ok, I have a 1995 Chrysler Cirrus. One day all the guages just quit working, checked all fuses, not the problem. Only lights that work are the ABS, OIL, Engine, Temp, check engine, and cruise. Took dash apart and circuit board out, found 3 blue resistors, with burn marks around them. I re-soldered the areas that I could see would need re-soldered, and put it back in car and hooked up, and it still won't work. Should I take it back out, and check with a magnifying glass to check solder points, or is there something else wrong somewhere? Need help please, tired of not knowing how fast I'm going, or when I'm gonna run out of gas!!!!! Also the odometer isn't working either......
