2003 350Z roadster or MX5 hardtop convertible

Hey guys...

Well as you guys know ive sold my civic...and now its time to get a new car...havent been here for ages but hope you guys can help me out...

My budget is 45k and i want a convertible. Been looking at the 350z roadster but its about 55k. was this close to putting a deposit down but got cold feet.

Looking at the new mx5 hardtop...its on the road 52k probably can bargin to 40s hopefully.

Wot you guys reckon?!
