Anyone want to see the Metro 6R4???

These are just a few pics taken at the Sutton Coldfield 2002 Model Spectacular - which wasn't very er "spectacular" at all. These 3 models are about all that was interesting IMO.

Obviously while i was there i had to make a purchase To my delight there was a F50 kit there for £13.50 which i haven't seen around for ages. I've wanted it for months for a planned F50 GT conversion/transkit

Nice pics.

If you do the F50 conversion, do keep us posted with progressing pics!

Is the 6R4 from MRM?

I've seen it rallying overhere in 1986! A bomb! But it didn't got to the finish that often...

Yes, but this wasn't on their stand though. I was actually a bit unsure about the quality of this kit when it came out, but i got the chance to have a really good look at it today. It does look good but would require a lot of work to get it like that i imagine.

Wish i got to see em race back in the day, would have been awesome! Even more so, I wsh they never got banned.

Metro 6R4 awesome cars!
Shame they got banned from International rallying!
The good news is though they're still legal in the British Clubman Rally series! Here's a pic of the series leaders car!
It's driven by John Price and his navigator is Caroline Price
(not sure if she's his wife)
Oh and by the way I suppose I should say...
