Hey guys, I leave sunday from Atlanta, GA to Fairbanks, AK
I need to know what size core plug block heater will fit an 04 Chevy silverado with the 4.8 V8.

If anyone could help I would be greatly appreciative.

If you dont get it before you leave, dont sweat it too much. when you get here to the Fairbanks area you will want to get your whole truck "winterized".

A block heater, battery heat pad, oil pan heat pad, tranny heat pad, and probably all your fluids should be changed, and check your coolant level for its freezing point.

Its only been between -30 and 0 here for the last couple of weeks.
