Question Is it a Tamiya kit?

If it's a Tamiya kit, go to their website, find their customer service number, and call them. They can hook you up w/replacements. If the model was defective, I believe they're free. If you screwed something up (been there, done that) then they'll sell the parts for a very reasonable amount. Sometimes their parts stockpile is low, but check 'em out. You need your instructions for the part #'s. I think most hobby shops can do this service as well through their distributors and Tamiya. If neither option is feasible where you live, email HLJ to see what they can do, and let us know if that works as well.

It's 1-800-TAMIYA-A. They have banker's hours, though, so you have to call M-F, 9-5 PST.

Testors and Revell have replacement parts forms on their sites. I haven't figured out what to do yet for Fujimi, Hasegawa and Aoshima; best to start with HLJ like ZoomZoom said.
