AAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

First time posting here and im not really angry right now.

so ill tell you all why i was angry.

today we had trouble taking off a tyre at work so we decided to cut it in half. we got the tyre off and out the new one on and that was it for that wheel.

With the tyre that was cut had to go in the bin, so my boss tells another worker to cut it, but he was abit lazy so idecide to do it. My boss see me cutting and gives me advice so im like yeah ok, so i keep cutting but the blade keeps getting stuck so i turn it around and start cutting that side then he comes up and says "gimme that ill show you how its done"(in a semi sarcastic voice).

he cut through it and got the piece off then he started giving me a lecture as if i dont know how to use a hacksaw, which i do know. so i say to him i know how to use it i cut my brothes mild steel (for his intercooler piping)., then he gives me this look and tells me to show him but i was like nah thats ok you're right but he insisted that i show him so i did. i was starting off by making a groove so i don't slip out and just as i was about to get cutting properly he says move! and then shows me how to cut even though i was doing the exact same thing he was then he starts calling me a smart ass and tells me that if i keep acting like that i wasn't going to be working there long.

after that i lost the mood to work co i was angry

now do you think i should go to work tomorrow or take a day off? He really pissed me off today.

i went to work today and tried to stay out of his way.

i also found out the apprentice before me left because of my boss

Some bosses are just pains in the ass and you gotta deal with it. When I worked at Movie Gallery I had the WORST employee/boss relationships ever.

My first boss was a wierdo that got nothing done and never properly trained me so I had to learn onthe go. He was fired for incompetence.

My second boss was a moron who thought he knew way more tha he really did. We never spoke to each other other than "did you count the safe down?". We avoided confrontation that way cause he knew I hated him and he hated me. He was fired for incompetence.

Third boss was cool at first, then went to another store for a while, came back and lost his mind. I wound up getting in an argument with him while I was on the clock. The only reason it didn't turn into a fist fight was because he wisely decided to flee. He was forced to quit by our district manager who made his life miserable.

When that same district manager was introduced to our region, she caught me making fun of her name to another employee. She eventually quit after realizing what a shithole region she had been assigned.

My last boss was an old coot who talked hella shit behind everyones back and smiled in their face. He made numerous accusations to another manager that I was involved in various plots against him and at one point thought I intended to fight his daughter He is still therebeing crazy as ever and still making accusations about his employees and customers. he is incompetent and needs to be fired asap.


So get used to insane and incompetent bosses, its just the way things work. Just think, someday it will be your turn to be an incompetent asshole of a boss

Our store didn't have porn We were too close to a school so zoning laws limited us to that weak HBO-type stuff

But one store in town had the good stuff and whenever I helped out over there it was like a whole new world... porn EVERYWHERE

i was manager, and worked alone for 10 hours a day, I also had n64 to hook up and play! i wish i never left there...lol

Bosses can be assholes, but you just gotta put up with it. At the end of the day, you have a job, which is more than a lot of people can say.
