1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee tail light fuse
Can anyone tell me where to find the fuse to the tail-light. My auto-electrician friend has said there is no power to the rear right light. He has tested all the fuses in the box by the accelerator and all okay and he has tested the fuse box under the hood... can't find the fuse specifically for the rear lights. He says that it is definitly shorting between the light bulb and the fuse box at the front... where else can a fuse box be???? The fuse box covers says to "refer to the manual" but I don't have a manual
My husband had connected a trailer to my truck and it (the trailer) had been wired up wrong and has only blown the rear right light. All the other lights on that side are working. Can anyone help? |

Re: 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee tail light fuse
Did you check in the FUSE BOX, on the passengerside of the dash (when you open the door), it should be in there.

Re: 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee tail light fuse
Thanks... however it appears it was a burnt out "fuse" in the electronics box in the rear left of my truck...
Thanks for your reply and sorry it took so long... now have the "dying on me" thing happening |
