Oil pan is made out of steel! How can it leak?

As far as I know it is a big job if you want to replace oil pan gasket. You suppose to lift the engine for this. But I might be mistaken.

I would just try tignten all bolts for starters. Sometimes it works. Just make sure you do not overtignten them: they may break.

No no no! You don't need to lift the engine. You can access the oil pan from under. You just need to disconnect the A-pipe from the exhaust manifold and remove the center support beam.
