Wakefield part 2

Went down to Wakefield today...for Honda NSW Club track day. Apparently the Honda, MR2 and one of the Nissan clubs co-organise the day...and the place was packed about 50 cars.

lots of type Rs. Current shape, and 2000 shape. a few EK civics, some WRX's, MR2's, Silvias, exas.

It was like a driver training day. There were a few instructors there, sitting with people, and giving them tips.

Didn't get to use the track as much as last time, because the amount of cars.... but still had a good time.

There was a old falcon, that kept on losing it at the same corner all the time, nearly every lap. A LS integra, had to get dragged out of one of the sand traps.

My little sis, didn't time, my quick stint of laps towards the end of the day. I know I was going pretty fast for me.

The quickest she did time me was 1:21 with a instructor passenger. I think in the stint before that I must have been 1:19 or 1:20, as I wasn't driving as fast with the instructor in the car.

The quickest car of the day, would have been the BMW track car...did a 1:04, and the Exa track car did 1:09.

There was a really cute 1st gen civic, that was a track car too!! very fast!!

had lots of fun again....am tired now

the body is in whinge mode today...arms are dead...legs were dead yesterday..but it was all good fun
