Talking Civic Side Pannels

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows how/where I can smooth out my doors, side pannels, (ex. on the 98 civic it has that ovallish strip running along side the car, but I've ssen a couple of Civic's without it alltogether) Anyone know of anyone who does that? Or can show me a site that sells it,.... I thought It was just the del sol side doors-pannels, but I might be wrong,......

Thank you

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS,...

Thanks sooooo much, I have been wondering for the LONGEST time how or what, it is called/ how they do it, So I'm gessing the body shop just takes the strips off, and bondo's over the creases (hense the smooth look). Thank you guys VERY much!!!!!

I'll have pix of my civic up shortly, I'm planning on throwing on some coilovers, tie-bars, ect.
And rims,....
