check engine light codes

Im having problems with finding out what codes po100 and po300 are for my 99 galant 4 cyl and exactly what to do can anyone help??

the po100 is air flow circit code
po300 is random misfire
ck mfi relay I belive it's relay 1 as it controls the air sensor and fuel injs
but likely it could be a vacumme leak from intake
