Watch the top of the fence in the slower version its rocking back and fourth and the angle he went into the fence wasnt captured so if they showed that or seen it maybe that could help in this mystery

What scared me the most was I thought I could see two ghostly figures. It was just the reflection of the camera man and someone else off the screen though, baha. Creepy shit.
