Question I Need Help!!

I JUST GOT A 1996 CHEVY BLAZER 2DR SPORT AND I WANTED TO MAKE IT MY LITTLE MUD RUNNIN BEAST. IM A STUDENT SO MY BUDGET IS LIMITED . I WOULD LIKE TO INCREASE THE HEIGHT OF THE BLAZER W/OUT USING A LIFT KIT OR BODY LIFT, IF POSSIBLE. IF U GUYS COULD HELP ME OUT THAT WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS A MILLON!!

welcome to af.
the only way to raise the blazer without some sort of lift is to crank the torsion bars up. a cheap body lift would be safer though.

If you want to destroy the looks of it you could do some serious fender trimming and fit some big tires on it. I trimmed alittle and run 31x10.5 and havent had to many problems so far. If that is not possible maybe an add a leaf in the back and torsion bar keys to the front.

k thanks guys i dont think ill be trying the body lift because then i have to extend the brake lines and steering linkage which i wont have time to do so ill try the fender shaving and some 2 inch shackels with the add-a-leaf system and use torsion bar keys in the front. thanks for yall's input, talk to u guys later!!
