Re: Parking Brake Switch

Been through that one!!!! well i've hooked up three of Jenson TVs..and every year they make it harder to watch tv while u drive!!! but to answer your question, hook the pink wire to the negative brake wire on top of the brake pedal... i know one of the wires is white(+) but not sure what color the other is? cause i dont know what year u have, but it should only be two wires connected and the other should be negative(-) just use A cheap $3 test light it'll do the job!!! I also know short cuts around but its tacky and cheasy!!! i'm quite sure ur book said something about a certain sequence...right

Re: Parking Brake Switch

Dude that let me guess you bought then Jensen from Circuit City right?? for either $400 or $600? Let me just say they are crap man. You dont NEED to hook it up to your parking brake there are ways around it. The only reason it needs to be hooked up to the brake is so that you can only view videos when the parking brake is engaged. If I were you I would bypass that so you can watch videos whenever you want.

It may be illegal doing it that way but..................who gives a fuck
